Our over 50s team, Drayton Rangers kicked off the defence of their Shropshire League title on Sunday 7th April with three wins and one narrow defeat.
A strong performance from the lads meant that we finished the day second in the table to a strong Shrewsbury 99ers side that inflicted our only defeat of the day in an exciting topsy-turvy match.
The results and table are detailed below and will become more comprehensive when the full complement of teams attend. We were missing Nantwich, Shrewsbury Town, Ludlow and Ellesmere on the day.
